Surgical techniques will cover the spectrum of shoulder and elbow procedures, from arthroscopy to advance reconstruction and open treatment of fractures. Approximately 1600 shoulder and elbow cases are performed during the academic year.  Besides receiving an outstanding clinical experience, the fellow will be required to participate in at least two publishable research projects.  Resident education will be emphasized, and the fellow will be required to participate in the teaching of each institution’s residents during the academic year. This will include staffing the resident shoulder and elbow clinic. The fellowship will participate in the ASES match.
