Agreement Among Shoulder Fellowship Directors
Fall 2006 Selection of 2008-2009 Fellows
- Application deadline was October 2, 2006.
- Applicants can print the application out and mail it to
you. Your staff may also print it out and mail it to
applicants if you wish. Applications can also be obtained by calling the
ASES office at 847-698-1629 or via email ases@aaos.org
- Interviews should be completed by Friday, December 1,
2006. A match list from each program and from each
applicant must reach the ASES by fax, FedEx, or mail by 5 PM
Central Time, Monday, December 4, 2006. The list will
ask program directors (or their designate) and applicants to
provides a telephone number at which they may be reached on
Friday, December 8, and whether they wish this number to be
given to (any) unmatched applicants/programs.
- Ralph Blasier, MD and the ASES Office will conduct the
match. The ASES Office will notify programs and
applicants of the results on Monday, December 11 formally, but
can, if time allows, send out emails, etc., on Friday,
December 8.
- You may tell an applicant how you have ranked him/her,
but cannot ask in return that they rank you first, etc.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
