Event Description: Please join us for a special evening on May, 17th, 2024 in the Boson Seaport, where we will reflect on our region’s celebrated history in shoulder surgery, while also highlighting recent innovations that have revolutionized the modern landscape of complex shoulder issues. Our event will bring together patients, surgeons, therapists, and industry partners to celebrate the unique advances that propel us toward enhanced patient care and improved clinical outcomes. Our academic program will consist of a poster exhibit highlighting research from local residency and fellowship programs. Additionally, we will hear from distinguished keynote speakers Dr. JP Warner and Dr. Bassem Elhassan. We will also have a special keynote speaker, Dr. Tenley Albright, who not only was the first American woman to win a Gold Medal at the Olympics in figure skating, but she is also an accomplished surgeon and a grateful patient. This will be a truly unique evening where we can all come together as a community to acknowledge and celebrate the past and future of shoulder care in our region.
