Frequently Asked Questions about the 2021 ASES Annual Meeting
The meeting will open on the morning of Wednesday, December 15th and conclude mid-afternoon on Friday, December 17th.
Our original plan was to move our meeting to late January/early February of 2022 however, we were faced with challenges in securing desirable dates and space that would work for both us and the meeting venue during this time frame. When the December dates were presented as an option, we determined that the space being offered would allow us to keep our original program primarily intact, which led us to lock in these dates.
While we recognize that the change in dates from our original timeline creates some hardship because of conflicts with other courses and the holidays, we are still confident that this decision ultimately allows us to keep our scientific program as planned and provide our Industry Partners the same opportunities that they were being offered in October.
Those who had previously registered for the October meeting have been contacted directly to confirm that they will attend the December program, and your registration will automatically roll over to the December dates. If you have not been notified, please contact Danielle Rejowski at drejowski@ases-assn.org.
Please visit our secure housing page to make your reservation at either of our two host properties.
You should have received a communication from ASES staff to confirm your participation with the new dates. Additional details will continue to be communicated to all involved.
No. At this point, we are focusing our efforts on the live program.
Yes, the rescheduled meeting for early next year will still be considered the 2021 Annual Meeting. Next year’s program will proceed as planned – October 6-9, 2022 at the Marriott Marquis, Atlanta, Georgia.
