ASES 2021 Annual Meeting – Know Before You Go

We are thrilled that you are joining us in Tampa this week for three full days of education, industry engagement and networking!

This letter includes a plethora of information to ensure that your time at the ASES Annual Meeting is productive and successful. If after reviewing this information, you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us .

Education Program:
We have developed an education-packed agenda that we know will appeal to everyone in our society. The program features:

  • Over 60 papers of original research
  • 35 poster sessions in the Exhibit Hall
  • Nine Instructional Course Lectures and five Symposia with a case-based format to generate controversy and debate

CME:
All members will receive 17.5 CME for attending the ASES 2021 Annual Meeting

Badges:
All pre-registered attendees will have badges ready for pick up on site at the Registration Desk located in the Tampa Bay Ballroom Foyer on the 4th Floor of the JW Marriott during scheduled registration hours:

Tuesday, December 14th,  4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, December 15th,  6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, December 16th,  6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Friday, December 17th, 6:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Annual Meeting COVID-19 Policy
In order to help keep everyone attending as safe as possible, the following protocol is in place:

  • Vaccinations are recommended for all attendees.
  • If you are not feeling well, please do not participate in Annual Meeting activities
  • Masks are required at all times. If you forget yours, we will have disposable ones available at the registration desk.
  • Keep your distance: Please maintain social distancing as much as possible during the meeting.
