CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made on or before October 6th will receive a 100% registration refund.
- Cancellations made between October 7th – October 16th will receive a 50% registration refund.
- No refunds will be given as of October 17th.

We have a room block reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites Rosemont Chicago O’Hare for November 17, 2023 through November 19, 2023, with a special rate of $135 single/double occupancy (includes hot breakfast daily). The hotel directly adjacent to OLC.
