The Call for Abstracts for both the ASES 2023 Annual Meeting and the ASES/ AOSSM Specialty Day is now open. Please follow the link below to submit your abstract. Please note that as the Annual Meeting is a MEMBERS ONLY meeting, only ASES members may submit an abstract for these meetings.
Deadline for submissions is Monday, May 8th, 2023
NEW FOR 2023 ASES GOLF OUTING!
One of the leading resort courses in Arizona, the Westin Kierland Golf Club, will play host to the 2023 ASES Golf Outing on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023. The 1 p.m. shotgun start event will serve as a great kick-off event to the 2023 Annual Meeting, allowing you a great opportunity to network with your friends and colleagues. More information will be available shortly, but please make sure to consider this event as you plan your travel to Scottsdale.

Thursday, October 5th: Scientific Program, Exhibit Hall Open, Neer Circle Dinner (evening)
Friday, October 6th: Scientific Program, Exhibit Hall Open, All-Show Party (evening)
Saturday, October 7th: Scientific Program (through 12 p.m.), Exhibit Hall Open (through 10:30 a.m.)
In order to ensure that you receive the special ASES rate of $319 single/double occupancy, please be sure to make your reservation by September 12th, 2023.
