• ASES does not rent its member mailing list or electronic mailing list. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Pre-approved listserve messages fromm partnering organizations that closely align thier educational/research content with the mission and vision of ASES will be considered on a case-by-case basis and distributed accordingly.
• ASES reserves the right to accept/reject any advertising requests at its discretion. Competitive ads (timing or content of a course/meeting) will not be accepted.
• Specific placement/position on the society’s website/in newsletter will be selected by ASES
• Service announcments from entities such as ABOS, USBJI, OREF, etc. will be added to the ASES newsletter free of charge
